Terms and Conditions

Service Terms:

All services are subject to availability and scheduling
Regular servicing requires an initial one-off clean for assessment purposes
Service pricing does not include chemicals unless otherwise specified
Chemical charges apply at 100ml/100g rates if chemicals are not left onsite
If upon arrival the pool condition requires specialised treatment (e.g., green pool recovery, extensive algae removal, or major restoration), we reserve the right to assess and provide a separate quote for the additional work required before proceeding

Customer Responsibilities:

Ensure all pathways to pool area are clear and unobstructed
Maintain water level at the top of the skimmer box
Ensure all pool equipment is easily accessible
Provide accurate access information and notify us of any changes
Secure any pets that may interfere with service

Payment & Cancellation:

Payment is due on the day of service/invoice date
A $50 travel fee applies if access is denied at scheduled appointment time
Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid charges
Prices are subject to change with notice

Liability & Privacy:

Kennewell Pools is not liable for pre-existing equipment issues or pool damage
Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery
We may take before/after photos for quality assurance and marketing purposes
By booking a clean, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as listed here
